Challenge

The missing voucher purchase in the Berliner Unterwelten ticket shop led to manual processes that were time-consuming for staff and reduced overall efficiency.

Result

A seamlessly integrated extension of the ticket shop with stable functionality and improved user guidance for the digital voucher process.

Solution

Further development of the frontend with Vue and TypeScript to map the voucher process, plus integration with existing APIs and test coverage with Cypress.
